  1. Kupas labu kuning, cuci bersih lalu kukus hingga matang.
  2. Masukkan labu kukus ke dlm blender + air dan blender hingga halus.
  3. Masukkan ke panci santan,gula,garam,vanili, agar-agar,SKM aduk rata,,lalu masukkam labu yg sdh di blender.
  4. Tambahkan daun pandan lalu masak di atas api sedang sambil terus diaduk.
  5. Bila telah mendidih matikan api lalu angkat. Tiangkam ke dlm cetakan lalu biarkan uapnya hilang,lalu dinginkan dalam lemari es.
  6. Vla: larutkan susu dengan air,,lalu masukkan ke panci larutan susu + garam + vanili + gula pasir lalu aduk setelah itu masukkan kuning telur yg telah di kocok lepas.
